1. Area of Applicability

This policy applies to the website available at www.greenfinity.foundation. Please take into consideration that this refers to other websites, including those of other countries for which different data protection rules apply.

2. Which data we record

By filling out the donor form which allows you to make an environmental donation, you consent to the "Greenfinity Foundation - An association protecting the environment" (hereinafter referred to as "Greenfinity Foundation") processing and having access to the following data: First name, last name, address, email, DOB, telephone number, donor details (donation intervals, amount of donation and donation purposes).
Purpose of donation
You may make a donation to the association for environmental protection and determine which payment intervals you would prefer (one-time, monthly, biannually, annually). You can define which specific project field the donation should be used for or whether it should be used for the purposes of general environmental projects. The funds generated from this enable the CFF to expand existing projects and implement new project ideas. Your donation will be used where it is most needed at the discretion of the Greenfinity Fondation.


Which data will be recorded and forwarded
The personal data, which will be collected, recorded, saved and processed by the Greenfinity Foundation during the donation process: Your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address and the form which you filled out, which includes the amount of the donation, payment intervals and the method of payment.
The Greenfinity Foundation employs an external firm for the purpose of handling your donation: Wikando GmbH, Schießgrabenstr. 32, 86150 Augsburg.
Your personal data will exclusively be used during and for the purposes of donation management. Additionally, the Greenfinity Foundation will keep you informed during the course of the year using a newsletter (via email or mail) of what changes your environmental donation has made and which achievements it has made possible. For this purpose, the Greenfinity Foundation uses your personal data. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.


How secure is the donation form and bank transfer process
The Greenfinity Foundation donation form cannot be accessed via the website's server www.greenfinity.foundation; it is merely superimposed onto the page. Your data is encrypted when transferred directly to the high security servers provided by the Wikando GmbH fundraising box, which is used to process the Greenfinity Foundations online donations.
Your online donation is processed using a "SSL Secure" encryption to make sure that its transferred securely and in an encrypted format. SSL makes secure communication between
your web browser and Fundraisingbox's (Wikando GmbH) high security server possible. By using SSL, a communicational channel is set up between your web browser and the server which prevents third-party intervention. In this way, private information such as direct debit or credit card details can be transferred without risk of unauthorized persons gaining access to it.
All donation transactions are processed using the selected payment providers and are SSL encrypted.
Credit card payments are processed by Stripe,Inc., 510 Townsend Street San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Advance payment transfer within the Euro zone are processed by micropayment™ GmbH, Scharnweberstrasse 69, D-12587 Berlin. Payments made via PayPal will be processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
Instant transfers will be processed by SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 München, Deutschland. We observe the highest level of security when performing donation transactions.

3. Cookies and Web Tracking

Our websites use things called cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer, and can be accessed again when you revisit our website. Cookies help us to personalise the website for you.

The cookies on our websites are used exclusively for information purposes and are processed by myWorld 360 AG, Grazbachgasse 87-93, 8010 Graz, Austria on behalf of Greenfinity Foundation - Association for the Protection of the Environment for the purpose of analysing the data collected.

4. Conversion measurement with the Facebook pixel

We use the "Facebook-Pixel" by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") (fr: Facebook Cookie for Opt-Out identification) within it's website with your consent. This is a cookie; a small text file that is stored on your computer which can be retrieved. It can be used to track users' actions after they have viewed or clicked on a Facebook ad. This enables us to track the effectiveness of Facebook advertising for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous for us, so it does not provide any inference as to the identity of the users. However, the Facebook data is stored and processed so that a connection to the respective user profile can be made, and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, according to the Facebook Data Usage Guideline (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertising on and outside of Facebook. A cookie for these purposes can also be stored on your computer. There is also an integrated share button for e-mails. These share buttons can be recognised by their logos.

All share buttons are set up according to data protection. A direct connection is only established between your browser and the server of the operator of the respective social network once you click on the website's respective share button (and only then). According to the operators of the social networks mentioned, no personal or company-related data is collected from the social networks unless you click on the respective share button if you are not logged in to these social networks. This data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for logged-in Members. If you do not wish to have a record of your visit to our website allocated to your social network account, please log out of the user account of the respective social network.
